Our Workplace Consultants work closely with you and our Applications Specialist to assess your needs and accurately determine holistic product and service solutions to best fulfill them. These professionals have developed hundreds of workplace environments for every type of situation and are specialized in this field of work. They are responsible for integrating with your project team and coordinating the entire project’s scope of work including your budget and timeline. Your Workplace Consultant will be with you from the very first discussion and remain with the project until its completion.  

Interior Contract Service’s technical interior design department has expertise in a broad spectrum of industries. Our designers work to understand the client’s vision and goals which enables us to develop unique solutions to support various types of work, the desired aesthetics, the most challenging lead-times and budgets of any size. Our extensive knowledge of workspace applications, space planning, furniture specification, electrical and low voltage cabling needs and workflow is a distinct advantage that we bring to our clients. We utilize workplace surveys and workshops, CET Live Design, CAD, Rapid Prototyping and a large resource library for the convenience of the Client and to support our A & D partners.

ICS provides project management services to enhance project team communications and to facilitate project logistics for complex project installations. Our project managers coordinate with the ICS design department throughout the development of your project’s design quotation and assist in proper application of client standards in project scope. They survey and evaluate all sites and provide solutions to any potential obstacles the team may face, allowing your project team to stay on track. ICS project managers also attend your construction meetings and facilitate all order updates to the project team. And finally, they arrange and confirm all scheduling, delivery and installation details to guarantee your project is installed accurately and completed on time. 

For long and short-term storage of product orders or inventory management, ICS’s team of professionals offers the knowledge and experience to provide an asset management program that meets your specific goals. Also, with over 15,000 sq. ft. of local warehouse space and strategically located warehousing nationally, we can effectively support our clients’ storage needs.

ICS ensures that all products are delivered on schedule and coordinated with the site manager and contractors. We provide supervision, equipment, and all the necessary permits to proceed quickly and safely. In addition, we verify the product against your order with a commitment to clean, repair, or replace damaged products in alignment with our vendors written warranties.

Our installation services don’t just begin when a product is delivered. We are expert in receiving product shipments prior to the delivery and have truck loading procedures to protect your product in transit. Additionally, we prepare and protect the jobsite, disassemble and remove any existing furniture and, if desired, we’ll move the existing furniture and reinstall it in a new location.

Once installed, our team checks the product carefully to make sure it’s level, aligned, and working properly. Then we clean it as instructed by the manufacturer’s instructions. Even after installation is complete, our service isn’t. We also train you to use the product, follow up to ensure you’re satisfied, and make any necessary changes.
